Data Processing Addendum.

This DPA supplements the FamRite Terms of Service where FamRite processes personal data on behalf of a customer.

Roles. Customer is the data controller; FamRite (SUPPATRADE) is the processor.

Subject matter. Livestock, financial and staff records the customer uploads to the platform.

Sub-processors. A current list is available on request from support@famrite.com.

Security. FamRite maintains the technical and organisational measures described on the Security page.

Retention. On account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
