How do I reset my password?
Open the app, tap Sign in, then tap 'Forgot password'. Enter your phone number and follow the instructions.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → Plans inside the app and tap Upgrade.
I listed an animal but buyers can't see it.
Make sure your listing status is set to Active, not Draft. Go to Marketplace → My listings to check.
How do I add a team member?
Team management is available on the Enterprise plan. Go to Settings → Team inside the app.
Does FamRite work on a slow connection?
FamRite is lightweight and built for real-world African connectivity - the app is under 12 MB and designed to stay responsive on slower networks.
Which countries is FamRite available in?
