Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FamRite mobile application and website operated by SUPPATRADE ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using FamRite, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

FamRite is a farm management platform for livestock farmers. You may use FamRite for lawful purposes only.

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

FamRite offers three plans: Basic (free), Premium, and Enterprise. Paid plans are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription fees are charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Prices are displayed in local currency for your market. SUPPATRADE reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

3. Marketplace

The FamRite Marketplace connects buyers and sellers of livestock, feed, and equipment. FamRite does not take a commission on transactions and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Misleading listings, including false health records, are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

FamRite does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any item listed on the Marketplace.

4. AgroChat Community

AgroChat is a community platform for farmers, vets, and traders. You agree not to post:

• Spam or repeated promotional content
• Misleading health or veterinary advice
• Abusive, harassing, or threatening content
• Content that violates any applicable law

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you create in FamRite - your animal records, health logs, photos, and posts belong to you.

By posting in AgroChat or the Marketplace, you grant FamRite a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The FamRite name, logo, app design, and all original content are owned by SUPPATRADE. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of FamRite without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FamRite is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPPATRADE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FamRite, including any loss of farm data or livestock.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FamRite after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
